I struggled for years...

Like many of my clients, I struggled for years to lose weight, get my finances under control, create fulfilling relationships, and do meaningful work.


I was making change harder than it needed to be.

Then, one day, I had an ah-ha moment. I had tried an experiment to see if I could change a long-standing habit of eating a snack after dinner. Within 24-hours, I had rid myself of this habit. That was several years ago. To this day, I still have no desire to eat after dinner.

Over the years, I have applied the same strategy in other areas of my life, such as cutting out sugar, increasing my savings account, and starting a doctorate degree.


Change can happen in an instant. Or, we can struggle for years. The truth is that it is a choice.

I bring over 16 years of professional wellness coaching experience in the corporate world to my clients. I have over 12,000 hours of coaching experience and have worked with thousands of individuals to enhance their happiness, health, career, and relationships.

Accredited Training

I hold several gold-standard coaching certifications, such as Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach. I was one of the first to receive the highly acclaimed board-certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential through the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). I am also a graduate of CoachU's advanced coaching program and the Career Coach Institute.

I have spoken at numerous conferences and corporate retreats on topics related to career, business, and wellness. I have also been a guest speaker for coach training organizations and provided stress-management training for small groups.
