Like many of my clients, I struggled for years to lose weight, get my finances under control, create fulfilling relationships, and do meaningful work.
I was making change harder than it needed to be.
Then, one day, I had an ah-ha moment. I had tried an experiment to see if I could change a long-standing habit of eating a snack after dinner. Within 24-hours, I had rid myself of this habit. That was several years ago. To this day, I still have no desire to eat after dinner.
Over the years, I have applied the same strategy in other areas of my life, such as cutting out sugar, increasing my savings account, and starting a doctorate degree.
